First, check to make sure the zip archive contains the following files:

Next, follow the directions to install the theme:
1. unzip the file ROL.zip and place its contents in the C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes directory
2. Go to the Start Menu and choose Settings-->Control Panel
3. Double click on Desktop Themes icon
4. Scroll down the Themes list and select Ray of Light
5. Hit OK
6. You should be on your way to enjoying your Ray of Light theme!
